Grace Care Lab Testing

Know What's Actually Happening
Inside Your Body

A standard physical runs maybe 15 markers and sends a portal notification. Our Complete Panel runs 60+, and your provider sits down with you to go through every result in plain English.

60+ Biomarkers Across 6 Categories

One blood draw, one visit. Every marker is there for a reason. Here's exactly what we look at and why it matters.

Complete Blood Count

Red cells, white cells, platelets, hemoglobin, hematocrit. Flags anemia, infection, immune dysfunction, and clotting problems — often the first sign something needs attention.

  • RBC
  • WBC
  • Hemoglobin
  • Platelets
  • Hematocrit

Comprehensive Metabolic Panel

Kidney function, liver enzymes, electrolytes, and fasting glucose. Your metabolic foundation — essential for anyone managing weight, blood pressure, or medications.

  • BUN
  • Creatinine
  • ALT / AST
  • Sodium
  • Glucose

Thyroid Panel

TSH alone misses a lot. We run Free T3 and Free T4 too. Thyroid issues quietly affect energy, weight, mood, body temperature, and metabolism — and are routinely underdiagnosed.

  • TSH
  • Free T3
  • Free T4

Hormone Balance

Relevant for both men and women at every age. Imbalances drive fatigue, libido shifts, mood changes, body composition changes, and brain fog — often years before anything shows on a standard panel.

  • Testosterone
  • Estradiol
  • DHEA-S

Vitamins & Minerals

Deficiencies in these are more common than most people think — and directly impact energy, immune function, cognitive clarity, and mood. Stop guessing which supplements you actually need.

  • Vitamin D3
  • B12
  • Folate
  • Iron
  • Ferritin

Metabolic & Inflammation

Your long-term blood sugar picture and your body's inflammation level. These are two of the most important markers for cardiovascular risk, metabolic disease, and healthy aging — and both are skipped in a standard checkup.

  • HbA1c
  • Fasting Insulin
  • hsCRP
  • Homocysteine
  • Lipid Panel

From Booking to Action Plan

Four simple steps from booking to having a full picture of your health — and a plan for what to do about it.

1

Book Your Appointment

Schedule online or call us. We'll ask a few questions about your health goals so your provider can tailor the review to what matters most to you.

2

One Blood Draw, In-Office

Come in fasted (10–12 hours). One draw, maybe 10 minutes. We process everything through our lab partners for the most comprehensive results.

3

Results Back in 3–5 Days

We review everything before reaching out. Rather than a portal notification full of numbers, we flag what needs attention and get your follow-up scheduled.

4

Your Action Plan

A dedicated appointment where your provider walks through every result in plain English, explains what it means for your health, and gives you a clear plan — not just a printout.

Common Questions

Do I need to fast before my blood draw?

Yes. For accurate fasting glucose, insulin, and lipid results, we ask you to fast for 10 to 12 hours before your draw. Water is fine. If you take morning medications, check with us first — most can be taken as usual.

How long until I get my results?

Most results come back within 3 to 5 business days. We review them before reaching out, then schedule your follow-up to walk through everything in detail — not a portal notification with numbers you have to Google on your own.

Is the $199 covered by insurance?

Some tests within the panel — like a basic metabolic panel or CBC — may be covered depending on your plan and diagnosis codes. We'll help clarify what your insurance covers before you commit. $199 is the self-pay flat rate for the full panel.

Can I customize what gets tested?

Yes. If you've had recent labs and just need to fill in the gaps, or if you have a specific concern you want to add, we can customize. Let us know when you book and your provider will plan accordingly.

How often should I repeat the panel?

For most people, every 6 to 12 months makes sense. If you're actively working on a health goal — improving your A1c, addressing a vitamin deficiency, or adjusting a medication — retesting at 6 months shows whether your changes are actually working.
